It was a pretty good one, spent all last week down in Florida visiting family to reign in the New Year. Ended up stuck in the car on the ride back all yesterday, but it was good nonetheless.

Hey guys, I'm back with a bit of an update. Recently I have been falling deeper in love with Lord of the Rings, and started jotting stuff down in a little notebook this last week. I have decided that, I will be writing a LotR novella detailing the lives of the Dwarves of Erebor throughout the War of the Ring. Not worked out all the details yet, but expect it to appear on here sometime in the near future.

I have been playing Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3 on 360 the last few days and I have to admit that if the UNSC had gundams the Covenant might have been screwed.

Just got Destiny and I thought about this: I should make a story where the main character is a member of a (made up for the story obviously) traveler/guardian Fallen house and also possibly a guardian too. Does it make sense canonically? Probably not. Would it be awesome? Probably.

You could have a Guardian kill the Kell of a Fallen house and then take over as the new "Kell", similar to what the Queen of the Awoken supposedly did.

The Fallen follow strength but loath humanity. Not only that, but in order for a Fallen to survive he would need Ether. It'd be highly improbable, but if you wrote it right, it might work.

In reality, I don't think one's ancestry has much to do with their chosen guardian class. Guardians are basically random dead people that just so happen to have the ability to use light as a weapon.

In fact, I'm not sure why guardians feel the need to separate into three rigid classes. You'd expect everyone to have a better chance at survival if they had more tools at their disposal.

I know some Hunters implement Titan schools of thought in the creation of their armor.

The classes have way too much of a rivalry amongst each other to want to train any of their secrets to the others. Hunters observed Warlocks and learned how to Blink, and they learned how to wield Arc energy from the Titans.

Titans learned how to manipulate the Void from the Warlocks, though they'd hate to admit it. John also brought up a good point about Titan armor construction being borrowed by the Hunters.

As for what he had mentioned about Lance, Lance's ancestry has access to all three Titan subclasses; Arc, Void, Solar. But I don't believe that is something that can be bred, necessarily. It's not a genetic trait, it's an acquired trait from an outside source and through experience.

Would potential offspring have access to these abilities? Likely, if the Traveler willed it. Is it because of the parents? Unlikely, with the exception of Lance.

It seems that Hunters and Warlocks have more of a rivalry while Titans really do not see the point of one imo. By the way there is an armor type called Stratus in game. Do you get what I am hinting at?

Lol, where the hell did you think I got the name from? Stratus was my first armor as a Titan that I enjoyed. I figured that, making a character named after that, would give some backstory to the armor.

And you're right, Titans don't necessarily believe in having petty rivalries. But that doesn't mean a select few can't be feuders. I've known people that can't be bothered by anything.

You could stab these people in the eyes with a really hot chef's knife, they'd pat you on the back and couch you how to do it better next time. These seemingly 'saint' people, however, got into a feud with their next door neighbors.

That feud has lasted CENTURIES. I could walk into their house today, shoot their dog, piss on their front carpet, and walk out the door, and they'd STILL invite me into their home. But if one of their feud foes even thought about stepping on their lawn, a shotgun would be primed and ready.

It's all about the people. Like Krueger pointed out to me earlier, just because the Titan Codex states something, doesn't necessarily mean that EVERYONE will follow it to the 'T'.
