I dunno, I really don't know much about Star Wars other than they have fat Loan Sharks that sound like they had a stroke ten times over. Laser Swords that instantly vaporize people's heads upon Decapitation, and bounty Hunters that clone themselves for shits and giggles to hunt down one BAMF played by Harrison Ford.

I also know there is a dude with red facepaint swinging two Lightsabers around like a fuckin' crazy man, and some dude that survived a swim in lava and has a problem with his artificial resperator.

And that some dude kissed his sister, and lost his 'good' hand to the Respirator dude, who happens to be his father.

Yes, I know I was referring to Jabba the Hut, Darth Maul, Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Jengo and Boba Fett, and of course, Han Solo.

Past that though, I have very limited knowledge of the Star Wars universe. I don't know why the Clone Wars happened, I don't know where the Sith fit in with the whole thing.

With all of that said, it is certainly an interesting prospect, and an idea I may be tempted to get behind. I may be interested in joining, but I'm gonna do some research first.

Go ahead and continue as you are without me, if I join at all, it'll be later on. Once I kind of familiarize myself with everything further. If I do join, my character will likely be a Jedi *cliche, I know*, or he might be a bounty hunter. Hell, I might break the rules of canon and make him a bit of both xD.

TLDR: Maybe, but not right now. There is research to be done. You will have an answer at some point.

Zman... The base on Yavin was lost in Episode IV. That's the main reason they had to set up base on Hoth, in Episode V. Our timeline is between Episodes V and VI... so just replace any mentions of Yavin with Hoth I guess.

But Zman... you yourself stated that this is taking place 22 years after the Clone Wars ended. Episodes IV, V, and VI took place quite some time after the Clone Wars ended (Episode III).

sorry, got my dates mixed up, I thought the Assault on Yavin took place a little bit later in the War, i'll change it to 18 years, that will put the timeline at 1 BBY, 1 year before the Assault on Yavin, will that clear things up?

Well, we'd have to consult John. We agreeded on the time line between Episode V and VI, but since you got the dates we mixed up I suppose you weren't 100% sure to what you were agreeing to?

Well, as of right now, all that would really change would be a few locations. My clone is still an older veteran of the Clone Wars, but I'll wait to see what John has to say

I'm not THAT stupid Manny . I know they're the bad guys, I just dunno what the Sith have to do with the Empire other than the fact that it's to bully/kill all the Jedi, who seem to ally with the Rebellion.

Oh good, you has me worried there for a second. Anyways the Sith crave power. Ruling the galaxy is a lot of power. So, by creating the Galactic Empire the Sith now effectively rule most of the known galaxy and destroy their enemies (the Jedi) in the process.

The Jedi have always been opposed to the Sith so it's logical for them to team up with whoever is against the Galactic Empire (because that's run by the Sith). Even if some Jedi weren't aware of the Empire being run by the Sith, it's still hunting them down so why would they ally with an institution that wants them dead?

That's like openly being a Jew and supporting Nazi Germany.

I'd like to apologize to Zman and John for simply neglecting the Star Wars collab like a douche.

If you guys are still up for it, I'll finish up what I started. If not, that's cool.

Sorry I haven't been on for a long time but I had to deal with school and some work, I'll be trying to be on as much as I can. I want to finish the story of hope, I'm trying not to be annoying or a broken record but I'm going to wait for you(manny) to post as I believe it's you or shadows turn.

I'm still down for it man, and no worries, I've been rather busy lately so its all good.

Don't worry, the golden rule of the Database is that you aren't forced to be here/ expected to post. We just usually like to know if you plan to return or not if you do disappear, not that any of us usually do it xD .

As for turns, I kinda left Blaine in Manny's care for Story of Hope. But if you guys need me to post at some point, I would suggest letting Manny go first and then I can go after that.

That's the gist I was getting based on the event you had occur.

Anyways, I'll go next with Siegfried leading the way to the LZ I suppose. Hope's decision to take into account everyone else's safety over one person's life will gain him some respect from Siegfried, to balance out his negative view on Hope.

It also fits in nicely with the Legion's philosophy in tough times like those. "The needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many".

ANYWAYS, I'll be sure to get started on that. As well as my star wars post for Zman and John.

Maybe add in something else for H&D, although I'm not sure what. Maybe Lucifer takes note of this "new" purple meta and his similarities to "Satan" that rampaged through downtown Crisis City previously.

The other two are priority though.
