Distinguishing facial features: Noticeably sharpened, elongated canines, a small scar beneath the left eyelid.

Combat Information:
Preferred Range: Danger Close. Subject has no use for traditional firearms in combat.

Preferred Weapon: Barehanded.

Armor: Famine constantly wears a metallic bodysuit built to accommodate his body's unique shape-shifting capabilities. It is invulnerable to small arms fire, can grow to large proportions, and can open to compensate the growth of extra limbs.

Preferred Tactical Package: Small lunchbox containing steaks of alien and animal flesh.

Martial Arts: Trained in Muey Thai, Krav Maga, Western Boxing, and Basic Street Fighting.

Other notable combat skills: Although volumes could be said for Famine's anatomy, this report is meant to be brief.

Famine eats his enemies, human, animal, or alien, and repurposes their biological mass and DNA to influence his own body, granting him superhuman strength, speed, senses, and the ability to shapeshift.

He can grow to the size of a killer whale, grow claws harder than steel, or become as svelte and agile as a cheetah. He has been referred to as the perfect preditor.

He has no illusions of mercy. He prefers to eat SENTIENT forms of life. He is to be considered a threat to both the enemy, and Legionnaire personnel.

Personality Traits:

Outside of combat: Vulgar, volatile, and profane, Famine is incredibly dangerous. No attempts should be made to placate, reason with, or converse with Famine without Masters War or Manuel present. He kills without remorse for even small offenses.

He does not like you. He will kill you. Exercise EXTREME caution.

While in combat training: Famine has recently begun to put his mind to truly mastering his shapeshifting combat potential. Due to the secrecy of his service with the Legion, we have been permitted to gather NO data regarding his training.

Few audio files have be gathered. From what little information we've received, he is quite competitive in training, striving to contend with Walter Law himself.

In combat: Famine is a true preditor, hunting and ruthlessly dismembering his foes, before eating them.

In the few times he's been matched in combat, he becomes easily enraged and frustrated, barking insults and gutteral roars before charging the opponent head on. He has recently learned to use his stealth capabilities.

He has also developed several preferred forms, which he refers to as "Famine the Toughest, Famine the Fastest, Famine the Baddest, and Famine the Most Incredible."

The final form is presumed to be incredibly dangerous. After declaring his intent to use it in the field, all contact was lost, and the target was completely annihilated, along with the building in which the target was hiding.

Other points of interest: Famine has recently complained of headaches, and a female voice "calling him" during his sleep.

We have set to work solving the problem, lest the problem cause him to resort to violence.
